Production Supervisor

Job Description :

Make a weekly production work arrangement planning according to the SPK from the PPIC Dept
Organize and coordinate with Team Leaders Production Operators
Supervise the daily production process on line in order to achieve the target according to the predetermined cycle time
Conduct training / coaching for Team Leaders and Production Operators
Doing stock take periodically
Monitor production trial from RND and Quality Control
Overcoming routine operational problems
Reviewing and analyzing the causes of problems related to achieving daily production targets
Ensure the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 (SMK3)
Make regular reports on work planning, production realization, and handling problems encountered during the production process periodically to the Production Manager / Factory Manager
Able to understand maintenance (M/E) of production machines (a plus)
Ensuring the level of compliance, work discipline attendance of operators in the team
Minimize waste according to target
Participate in improvement continuous improvement in the Dept. Production

Requirements :

Maximum age 38 years old
Good looking, drug free and in good health
Minimum education D3 or S1 Industrial Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Preferably those with experience as Production Supervisor in the Manufacturing Industry for fire extinguisher tube production / fire extinguisher producer for at least 3 years
Have handled a production team or operator at least 35 people
Product oriented
Understanding production quality
Able to operate computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power Point, Ms. Visio)
Understanding 5S/5R and Continuous Improvement
Understand ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 / SMK3
Have a leadership spirit (Leadership) and have a proactive attitude
Have good analytical skills, including understanding the root of the problem in an appropriate analysis. (root cause analysis).
