Basically fire extinguisher is needed in almost all of our activities, both indoors and outdoors which have the potential for fire hazard. Then how do you know the potential fire hazard?
There are 3 potential fire hazards
Light Fire Hazard. Places that have low flammability so that the spread of fire is slow. Such as housing, houses of worship, offices, etc.
Moderate Fire Hazard. The potential for fire in places that have a moderate amount and ease of flammability, such as electronics factories, food factories, warehouses, etc.
Fire hazard Severe. The potential for fires in workplaces that have a high amount and combustibility, such as chemical factories, paint factories, explosives factories, etc.
When should we have Fire Extinguisher?
Simply put, If we have assets that have the potential to burn. So the best location to put fire extinguisher is in the workplace, at home, office building, or in a vehicle. But the most important thing is that fire extinguisher is very useful for protecting loved ones around us from fire hazards. So it's better than now that we have fire extinguishers for the safety of ourselves and those around us.
